Job Description

  • Identify, analyze and solve application-specific problems for both, our local as well as our international operations.
  • Propose concepts and specifications for new solutions.
  • Analysis and optimization of business processes in the company
  • Monitor of ERP-Applications
  • Specify and test ERP-Applications
  • Specify appropriate methods and tools for operational use.
  • Close cooperation with the colleagues of the ERP application team and the software manufacturer
  • Creating and updating the operating manuals and system documentation
  • Development of reports in QlikView
  • Advise and support the users in ERP applications.
  • Responsible for the 1st and 2nd level support of the ERP application
  • Support of the operative operation of the ERP applications

Qualification/Experience

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration with complimentary education in Computer Science
  • 5-8 years of ERP application experience in an industrial business environment or similar
  • Excellent analytical skills and process understanding
  • Consulting and organizational flair
  • Experience in process optimization
  • Experience in the design, management, and execution of ERP- / IT-Projects
  • Experience in quality and process management
  • High commitment to professionality and quality awareness
  • Good networker with entrepreneurial thinking and actions
  • Independent, initiative, team player, enjoy cooperation with employees.
  • Experience with databases
  • At best, experience with QlikView / development of QlikView cockpits
  • English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Outgoing, self-dependent, goal oriented
  • Willingness to travel
