Job Description:

Procurement & Inventory

  • Drive strategic planning, monitoring, and compliance across the full procurement cycle.
  • Improve supply chain efficiency by reducing costs, managing suppliers, and sourcing alternatives.
  • Document, update, and streamline procurement and inventory processes (including RMA handling).
  • Track and report metrics such as purchase volumes, supplier performance, and variance resolution.
  • Conduct cycle counts and ensure procurement & inventory accuracy targets are met.
  • Support internal teams (PMs, engineers, estimators) with vendor pricing & material availability.
  • Oversee purchasing of operational needs – safety gear, office equipment, IT, and facilities.
  • Manage fleet procurement, rentals, servicing, and maintenance.

Logistics

  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate logging and records.
  • Fulfil sales orders via ERP systems and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Process and follow up on all RMA requests.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including serial number tracking and company tool inventory.

Job requirement:

  • Proven experience in procurement, inventory, and logistics management (APAC/global exposure is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
