What You'll Do
Drive Sales & Customer Engagement

Be the face of Ksisters Provide exceptional customer service while driving sales through expert product recommendations.

Meet & exceed sales goals by actively engaging customers and introducing them to the latest K-beauty trends.

Build long-term relationships with customers, turning them into loyal Ksisters fans through personalized service.

Elevate the In-Store Experience

Keep our store vibrant and engaging—maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are beautifully presented.

Support events & workshops to bring the Ksisters experience to life, including exclusive brand activations.

Be an expert in Ksisters' brands—stay updated on our curated selection of K-beauty, skincare, and personal color analysis trends.

Operational Excellence

Ensure smooth store operations—manage stock levels, handle transactions, and assist with inventory planning.

Take initiative to improve processes and create a seamless shopping experience.

Work closely with the team & Store Manager to optimize customer engagement and sales strategies.
