Job Scope:

  • Support the Sales Department by processing customer orders and coordinating timely deliveries.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate, timely responses.
  • Ensure efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day operations.
  • Manage customer order confirmations and prepare required documentation (e.g., certificates, markings).
  • Handle and verify Letters of Credit.
  • Prepare shipping and customs clearance documents (e.g., Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin).
  • Monitor and follow up on order-related issues to ensure smooth completion.
  • Attend to phone enquiries and provide operational support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Relevant 1–2 years of experience in order processing or logistics
  • Basic knowledge of shipping documents & Letter of Credit is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Team player with positive attitude
