Job Description

  1. Assists M&A Director for upstream finance modelling, due deligence and evaluation

  2. Assists M&A Director to do Market Research and Opportunity Identification:

  3. Identify potential opportunities for M&A in the upstream oil & gas fields

  4. Assists M&A Director for Strategic Planning and Analysis:

  5. Develop strategies for M&A in the upstream oil and gas sector, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy. / Asset assessment and risk analysis

  6. Engage in negotiations with target companies and their shareholders, reaching agreements for M&A.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business administration or other relevant major.

  • Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within the oil and gas industry, particularly in upstream oil and gas fields.

  • Investment banking background is preferred

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, effective in dealing with multiple stakeholders
