HELLO We are looking for passionate and responsible Swimming Coaches (full-time/part-time/freelance/baby/toddler/prenatal/postpartum) to join our growing academy. As a coach, you will conduct fun and engaging swimming lessons for children and/or adults of varying skill levels.

Lessons are typically held in condominiums or private pools.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct swimming lessons according to student age and ability
  • Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons
  • Track students' progress and provide feedback to parents
  • Build confidence and water familiarity through games and structured exercises
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times
  • Communicate effectively with parents and team members

Requirements:

  • If you don't have any certifications, but interested, don't be afraid to apply :)
  • Certified swimming coach (e.g. Austswim, STA, SSI, or equivalent)
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Experience teaching children is highly preferred
  • Friendly, energetic, and patient
  • Able to work independently and responsibly
  • Willing to travel to various locations (lessons are held in condo/private pools)

Preferred:

  • Experience with toddler or baby swimming classes
  • Bilingual abilities (especially English and Mandarin) are a plus
