**Position Overview**

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learn-to-Swim Coach to teach children aged 4-8 years old. The ideal coach has a positive attitude, patience, and the ability to inspire beginners to enjoy swimming while building strong foundational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

**-**Teach swimming skills to students (4 years and above) using our structured curriculum.
- Conduct both group and private lessons in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
- Track students’ progress and recommend termly level upgrades based on set criteria.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and provide support when needed.
- Manage lesson equipment and record attendance before and after classes.

**Requirements**:
**-**Certified in Learn-to-Swim (LTS) Coaching.
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience.
- Strong understanding of young children’s learning needs and behavior.
- Patient, positive, and skilled in communication.
- Ability to manage and engage classes effectively.
- Availability to work on weekends (mornings and afternoons).
- Valid certifications in First Aid, CPR + AED, and Life Saving.
