Job Scope:

  • Read and interpret customized power generator control systems, including PLC programming, networking, HMI, and switchgear layouts.
  • Assist Sales Engineers with technical specifications and provide technical support in customer meetings.
  • Coordinate with customers to address technical issues and ensure requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with Service Engineers for factory testing and on-site commissioning.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and support for control and programming issues via phone, email, or internet.
  • Conduct internal equipment testing in the workshop.
  • Manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in the workshop with customers present.
  • Monitor projects, making corrections, modifications, or assisting other departments as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Engineering or equivalent.
  • With min 1-3 years of experience designing power generation controls, electrical switchgear, or automation systems.
  • Experience with low-voltage and medium-voltage switchgear design, control panel development, and power system analysis.
  • Experience in PLC and HMI (touchscreen/IPC) programming.
  • Skilled in read and understand electrical schematics and drawings
  • Skilled in using AutoCAD, E3, or similar CAD tools.
  • Good communication skills for writing reports and working with teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex electrical design challenges.
  • Knowledge of network communication/power generator control and SCADA is a plus.
