The Role:

What will you do?

• Assist in designing and developing the manufacturing process architecture in alignment with the new product launch schedule, under the guidance of the Senior Engineer
• Conduct manufacturing feasibility studies in collaboration with RD teams
• Collaborate with suppliers for equipment development and ensure compliance with specification
• Launch and qualify the assembly line within industrialization budget, yield rate and schedule, by optimizing the end to end throughput rate and cycle time
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, enhance efficiency and quality in supply chain and manufacturing

Qualifications:

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,
  
  Industrial Engineering, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptive to change
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Any prior internship/experience in manufacturing processes, electrical/automation control, and assembly technologies are a plus point
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
