The level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 11-months Full-time contract.

What you will be working on
Job Responsibilities:
• Engage and coordinate with internal and external key stakeholders within the disability sport sector, to connect and strengthen development pathway.
• Conduct para sport community of practice among practitioners to share best practices and build capabilities.
• Establish partnerships with healthcare institutions, schools (both mainstream and special education) and community partners to strengthen awareness of para sport and increase participation.
What we are looking for
Job Requirement:
• At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience and/ track record in relevant areas, e.g. sport development, Club management related work
• Good understanding of Singapore sporting ecosystem
• Prior experience in project and stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of both the sports sector and disability issues
• Experience in competitive sport and/or coaching is preferred
• Strong team player
• Strong command of English, written and oral communication
