**What the role is**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities: - Assist to formulate and manage business operations policies, SOPs and initiatives. - Ensure contractual changes are approved, properly documented and archived. - Review contracts, highlight irregularity in contracts. - Liaise with various stakeholders on any contractual matters. - Assist to formulate and tabulate dashboard for management reporting and support data cleaning, extraction, tracking and reporting. - Manage all the assets and inventories, ensuring the records are done properly and timely. - Ensure monthly payments and billings are processed timely. - Support Events organised/supported/partnered by A&C/SDG/SportSG. - Any other ad hoc functions that assigned by RO.
