Freelance Art Enrichment Trainer

Agape Education & Training Group is looking for passionate and creative Freelance Art Enrichment Trainers to join our team in 2026. The role involves teaching 4–6 year-old preschoolers and developing engaging art curriculum to nurture creativity and expression in young learners.
Job Description
- Teach art enrichment programs for preschoolers (ages 4–6).
- Develop and design art curriculum and lesson plans.
- Prepare required art materials for classes.
- Conduct lessons, usually in the late afternoon.
- Travel to different locations for teaching assignments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and centre managers.
- Arrive at centres at least 15 minutes before class to prepare for lessons.
Criteria
- Experience in teaching children (ages 3 and above) and developing art curriculum.
- Preferably holds an art-related qualification and/or early childhood education/enrichment certification.
- Familiar with a wide range of art forms and creative techniques.
- Willingness to travel to different centres for teaching.
- Speaks good English with clear communication skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Responsible, committed, and able to work independently.
- Possess a laptop, mini speaker, and PowerPoint skills.
- A loving disposition with a passion for inspiring young children through art.
