Agape Education & Training Group is looking for passionate and creative Freelance Art Enrichment Trainers to join our team in 2026. The role involves teaching 4–6 year-old preschoolers and developing engaging art curriculum to nurture creativity and expression in young learners.

Job Description

  • Teach art enrichment programs for preschoolers (ages 4–6).
  • Develop and design art curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Prepare required art materials for classes.
  • Conduct lessons, usually in the late afternoon.
  • Travel to different locations for teaching assignments.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students and centre managers.
  • Arrive at centres at least 15 minutes before class to prepare for lessons.

Criteria

  • Experience in teaching children (ages 3 and above) and developing art curriculum.
  • Preferably holds an art-related qualification and/or early childhood education/enrichment certification.
  • Familiar with a wide range of art forms and creative techniques.
  • Willingness to travel to different centres for teaching.
  • Speaks good English with clear communication skills.
  • Strong classroom management abilities.
  • Responsible, committed, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a laptop, mini speaker, and PowerPoint skills.
  • A loving disposition with a passion for inspiring young children through art.
