Enrichment Trainers

Overview:

We are looking for passionate and committed Enrichment Trainers to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate classes across preschools in Singapore. You will be assigned to conduct classes in one or more of the following areas:

• Robotics & Coding
• Science & Discovery
• Sports & Movement
• Speech & Drama (English and/or Chinese)

All lesson plans, materials, and curriculum will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct enrichment classes and workshops according to the curriculum and schedule provided.
• Engage preschool-aged children through age-appropriate, hands-on, and interactive lessons.
• Set up, manage, and maintain teaching materials and equipment before and after each class.
• Complete periodic student progress reports based on classroom observations.
• Participate in Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) sessions held each semester.
• Provide feedback to the core team on lesson content and classroom management for continual improvement.
• Share reflections on class progress and student learning at the end of each semester, course, or module.
• Communicate professionally with preschool centre staff, parents (where applicable), and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Punctual and reliable; able to adhere to class schedules.
• Instructors are required to arrive at the centre before class start time to ensure timely setup and preparation
• Willing to travel to multiple preschool centres across Singapore.
• Adaptable to different classroom environments and centre cultures.
• Prior experience in teaching or working with young children is preferred.
• Background in Science and/or Robotics is required for relevant subjects.
• For Speech & Drama, relevant experience or training in performance arts, communication, or early childhood education is advantageous.
• Ability to teach in Mandarin is required for Chinese Speech & Drama instructors.
• A background or certification in Early Childhood Education is a bonus.
• Strong classroom management and engagement skills.

• Part-time or freelance positions available.
• Training will be provided for all instructors.
• Curriculum and teaching materials will be supplied.
• Transport allowance may be offered depending on assignment location(s).
