We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare and who thrive in a dynamic sales environment. You will be responsible for promoting our portfolio of ENT and respiratory care products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) across both public and private healthcare sectors.

The client is a global leader in the development and distribution of large volume, low pressure (LVLP) saline nasal irrigation systems and related ENT/respiratory products. With a presence in over 50 countries, including a growing footprint in Southeast Asia, they are committed to delivering clinical value through innovation, education, and customer-centric service.

The Job

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including:
  • General Practitioners (GPs)
  • ENT and Respiratory Specialists
  • Pharmacists
  • Practice Nurses and Allied Health Professionals
  • Promote and demonstrate the benefits and usage of the company's medical products through face-to-face meetings, in-clinic training, and product presentations.
  • Provide clinical literature, product samples, and educational support to healthcare providers.
  • Deliver expert product training to ensure optimal patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, regulatory) to implement strategic initiatives and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Organize and support educational sessions, such as lunch-and-learns, workshops, and product briefings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions as required.
  • Travel locally across Singapore to cover assigned territories and customers.

The Talent

  • 1-2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare landscape and primary care networks is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
