About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Jardine Engineering (Singapore) Pte Ltd. In this full-time role based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and managing a team of construction workers to complete tasks efficiently and to specification
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
  • Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
  • Providing on-site training and mentoring to upskill the construction team
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused approach
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety protocols
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
