Work you'll do

In the vast economic region of Southeast Asia, approaching a population of 700 million, Japanese companies have been increasingly keen to invest in recent years. As the businesses of Japanese companies entering Southeast Asia grow and diversify, the number of consultations on technology-driven transformations has been rising. Our department has seen consistent and robust growth over the past three years.

Especially since COVID-19, there has been a significant increase in requests for projects that enhance integrated global management and transparency in management. The themes of these projects vary, but common points include:

VisualizationStrengthening governanceOrganizing inventory and SCM informationData-driven management decision-making

In Southeast Asia, these themes often precede those in Japan, and we sometimes handle topics such as establishing new companies or restructuring business units. Our company is recognized for its comprehensive response capabilities, including technology, and we expect more opportunities in this area, which has led us to actively recruit for this position.

Specifically, as a member of the organization at the heart of SAP project proposals and promotion, you will be responsible for the entire process from planning and conceptualization, requirements definition, design, development, testing, to offshore management.

Utilizing our global group's unique modeling tools, industry-specific solutions, and global best practices and know-how, you will lead SAP projects aimed at reconstructing customer businesses and strengthening global collaboration in large-scale projects.

Requirements

Native-level proficiency in Japanese with business-level EnglishOr native-level proficiency in English with business-level JapaneseExperience in leading projectsProven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activitiesProject experience in the areas listed in the "Job Description" within a consulting firm or technology vendor

We are looking for individuals with knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:

Core Business Operations
Experience in overseeing logistics or accounting fields and defining necessary information integration across various operationsExperience in defining business flows and requirements in one or more core business areas (sales, logistics, procurement, production, accounting, finance, etc.)Core System Implementation
Experience in one or more business areas in SAP implementationExperience in one or more phases of SAP implementation (from business requirements definition to design, development, testing, go-live preparation, and stabilization)Project Management
Project management or project leadership experience in SAP core system package implementation

Candidates with the following experiences are particularly welcome:

Experience leading specific business areas or entire projects in SAP implementationExperience with S/4HANA implementationComprehensive experience covering all phases from requirements definition onward in SAP implementation projectsProject management and team leadership experience in global projectsConsulting experience related to Southeast Asia

職務内容

人口7億人に迫る一大経済圏である東南アジアにおいて、近年日本企業の投資意欲が益々高まっております。

東南アジアに進出する日本企業のビジネスが成長・多様化するなかで、テクノロジーを用いた変革の相談が増えており、当部門は過去3年間継続して順調な成長を続けています。

特にCOVID-19以降、グローバルで一気通貫のマネジメントや、マネジメントの透明性を高めるプロジェクトのご依頼が非常に増えています。テーマは様々ありますが、共通点として

可視化ガバナンスの強化在庫やSCM情報の整備データドリブンな経営意思決定

また、東南アジアでは、テーマが日本より先行して始まることが多く、新会社設立や、事業部を作り替える等のテーマを扱うこともあります。弊社ではこうしたテーマにおいてもテクノロジーも含めた一気通貫での対応力を評価いただいており、今後さらに機会が増えていくことが予想されている状況で、本ポジションを積極的に採用するに至りました。

マネジャーはプロジェクトマネージャーとしてローカルとの混成チームでリーダーシップを発揮してマネージしつつ、個人としての得意分野を生かして案件・顧客開拓をサポートしていただきます。

具体的にはSAPプロジェクト提案・推進の中枢となる組織の一員として、企画構想・要件定義から設計、開発、テスト、オフショアのマネジメントまで一連の工程を担当します。

当社グローバルグループ独自のモデリングツール、業種別ソリューション、グローバルでの先例・ノウハウを駆使し、顧客事業の再構築やグローバルでの連携強化などの大規模なプロジェクトに対し、SAPプロジェクトの中心となって業務に臨んでいただきます。

SAP導入における一つないし複数の業務領域の経験SAP導入における一連のフェーズのうち、一つないし複数のフェーズの経験 (業務要件定義から設計・開発~テスト~本稼働準備・定着化)プロジェクト管理
SAP基幹システムパッケージの導入におけるプロジェクト管理、またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験

SAP導入プロジェクトにおいて特定業務領域、またはプロジェクト全体をリードした経験を有するS/4HANA導入経験を有するSAP導入案件について、要件定義以降の一連のフェーズの網羅的経験を有するグローバルプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理、チームリード経験を有する東南アジア関連のコンサルティング経験
