**Job Description**:

- Responsible for developing test and commissioning plans that outline the procedures.
- Oversee, manage and lead the T&C activities in a safe and efficient manner.
- Review and monitor the T&C activity in depth to ensure schedule of all deliverables, budget, planning and cost estimating.
- To ensure that Quality process and client's requirement are known and enforced within the team and sub-contractors.
- Provide technical support to the project team and assist with any issues that may arise during the commissioning process.
- Manage commissioning team and ensure personnel are properly trained and understand the equipment and systems being commissioned.

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in similar industrial settings is required.
- Strong understanding of the design, installation and operation of construction project equipment and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve project objectives.
- Strong communicaiton skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and technical staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
