We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Data Science and Machine Learning to lead our clients AdTech data science efforts. You'll work closely with clients team to identify and develop talent, drive business growth, and deliver cutting-edge solutions in search, user profiling, and recommendation systems. Newbridge collaborates with various industry leaders to nurture exceptional talent, and we're looking for someone to spearhead our clients data science initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for AdTech products
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions in search, user profiling, and recommendation systems
  • Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to drive business outcomes, such as:
  • Improving search relevance and ranking
  • Building user profiles for targeted advertising
  • Developing recommendation systems for personalized content
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into client products and services
  • Mentor and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to excel in their roles
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with a focus on AdTech or a similar industry
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Search relevance and ranking
  • User profiling and targeting
  • Recommendation systems
  • Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience working with large datasets and building scalable data pipelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
