Senior Manager, Data Science and Machine Learning, AdTech

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Data Science and Machine Learning to grow our clients AdTech data science efforts. You'll work closely with clients team to identify and develop talent, drive business growth, and deliver cutting-edge solutions in search, user profiling, and recommendation systems. Newbridge collaborates with various industry leaders to nurture exceptional talent, and we're looking for someone to spearhead our clients data science initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Work with a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for AdTech productsCollaborate with internal clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions in search, user profiling, and recommendation systemsDesign and implement machine learning models and algorithms to drive business outcomes, such as:Improving search relevance and rankingBuilding user profiles for targeted advertisingDeveloping recommendation systems for personalized contentDevelop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architecturesWork with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into client products and servicesMentor and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to excel in their rolesStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning Requirements: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field8+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with a focus on AdTech or a similar industryProven experience in one or more of the following areas:Search relevance and rankingUser profiling and targetingRecommendation systemsStrong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and programming languages such as Python.Experience working with large datasets and building scalable data pipelinesExcellent communication and collaboration skills
