Adecco is partnering with a Singapore-based specialist providing ventilation, smoke-control, solar-shading systems, and architectural louvres for commercial, industrial, and large infrastructure projects, offering design, supply, installation, and maintenance services

They are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor who can handle tender submissions, cost comparisons, vendor sourcing, and customer follow-ups, while supporting the sales team with accurate quotes and timely updates. The Job

  • Perform quantity take-off and cost estimation, ensuring accurate assessment of materials, labour, and project requirements.
  • Interpret tender/quotation specifications and prepare competitive offers, including complete submission packages and pricing verification.
  • Source and evaluate vendors by compiling quotations, reviewing cost competitiveness, and summarising materials, equipment, and subcontract scopes.
  • Manage customer enquiries and ad-hoc requests professionally, providing timely follow-ups on submitted quotations and tender status.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all quotation activities and support sales forecasting through regular updates and reporting.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and support after sales-related activities; tele-sales experience will be an added advantage.

The Talent

  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
