Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse & Factory Support

  • Assist with daily warehouse and factory operations (receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods).

  • Support factory setup activities such as organizing tools, basic facility coordination, and liaising with contractors
  • Perform stocktaking, inventory labeling, and data entry in warehouse systems.

  • Documentation & Compliance

  • Assist in preparing trade and shipping documents (e.g., COO, customs forms) under guidance from HQ.

  • Maintain proper filing and records for logistics, procurement, and operational processes.

  • Procurement & Logistics Assistance

  • Help with sourcing and purchasing materials and consumables locally.

  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and logistics partners for small-scale shipments.

  • General Administrative & Site Support

  • Support the site manager or HQ in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative tasks when required.

  • Assist in maintaining workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Singapore regulations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, factory work, or logistics support. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management, shipping documents, or customs clearance is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with hands-on work in a warehouse/factory environment.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • A team player, detail-oriented, and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities in a startup-like environment.
