Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management

· Ensure smooth warehouse operations and promptly address any issues.

· Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse space usage.

Batch & Inventory Management

· Ensure timely completion of daily inbound/outbound batch operations.

· Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Department Coordination

· Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to meet production targets, deadlines, and priorities.

· Serve as a communication link between warehouse staff, management, and customers.

Process Improvement

· Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

· Assess and implement suggestions from staff where appropriate.

Data Tracking & Reporting

· Monitor operational efficiency, throughput, work hours, and quality metrics.

· Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, staff productivity, and potential bottlenecks.

Environment & Safety

· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment (6S / safety standards).

· Ensure staff follow safe work procedures during material handling.

Requirements

· Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.

· Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment, preferably as a production planner or warehouse team lead.

· Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

· Proficient with Windows systems and ERP/MRP software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Effective cross-functional communication skills.

· Knowledge of warehouse principles and practices is an advantage.

· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

· Flexibility and adaptability to respond to production changes.

· Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.

· Physically capable to handle material movement and batch organization.
