As a Marketing Intern, you support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, activations and initiatives across our three brands: Mind Stretcher, Master Speakers and Mind Sparks. This role spans both longer-term brand initiatives and structured, time-bound campaigns such as registrations, holiday programmes, academic offerings.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to support accurate execution, smooth coordination and timely rollouts across channels and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign and initiative support

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, activations and initiatives across all three brands
  • Assist with campaign timelines, task tracking and coordination across teams
  • Support the preparation and coordination of campaign-related materials across digital and physical touchpoints, including web pages, centre materials and basic collateral
  • Ensure campaign details are accurate and consistently reflected across all touchpoints

Communications execution

  • Support the drafting, proofing and scheduling of communications where required, across email, WhatsApp, Telegram, in-app messages and centre-facing touchpoints
  • Assist with updating or adapting communications as campaign details evolve
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all communications

Research

  • Conduct research on customer behaviour, competitor activity and market trends to support campaign and initiative planning

Tracking and post-campaign support

  • Support basic tracking of campaign execution and outcomes
  • Assist with post-campaign documentation and learning summaries

Team support

  • Participate in campaign planning meetings and internal briefings
  • Assist with ad-hoc marketing and communications tasks as needed

Requirements

Background

  • Current Diploma or Degree student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Skills and traits

  • Strong interest in marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Very high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with timelines, checklists and multiple moving parts
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, reliable and proactive in following through on tasks
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
  • Comfortable travelling islandwide for occasional events and activations
  • Willing to support occasional evening or weekend events and activations

Commitment

  • Full-time internship preferred, 5 days a week
  • Ideal duration of 3-6 months
