As a Marketing Intern (event management focused), you will embark on a dynamic journey where you can:

• Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of marketing operations and event management spanning various APAC markets.
• Hone essential skills in communication, organization, and seamless event coordination.

• Play a pivotal role in orchestrating both internal and external events.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Research and identify reputable industry events across the APAC region that align with our brand's goals and marketing strategy.
• Draft and follow up on partnership invitations.
• Support the drafting partnership agreements for reviews
• Assist with event listing on internal platforms, and marketing collateral. Ensure accurate and timely information is updated.
• Provide administrative assistance for company organised events, including coordination with various teams, logistics, and communication with event partners.
• Assist in managing and organizing event-related documentation, reports, and scheduling meetings as required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Student/Fresh Grade Welcome. Pursuing or completed degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Available to work 3-4 days a week, around 20-30 hours weekly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Passionate and proactive about event management and marketing operations.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a team.
