Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary clinical pharmacy care in both inpatient and ambulatory care setting
  • Mentor the next generation of pharmacists in an exciting, evolving environment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative healthcare solutions

Qualifications:

  • Master in Clinical Pharmacy, PharmD, or Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
  • Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience, with a passion for patient care
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
