Job Scope:

  • Lead procurement activities across ASEAN, covering Cancer Centres in Southeast Asia.
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost efficiency, operational improvements, and supplier partnerships.
  • Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory for clinical goods and pharmacy-related products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee central purchasing, inventory management, and stocktake analysis, providing reports to management.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations to ensure seamless end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Maintain HSA Wholesale and Import licences and ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice, MoH, and local regulations.
  • Lead a regional team of 3–4 staff, supporting the deployment of procurement processes and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Requirement:

  • Registered Pharmacist with SPC
  • At least 5-8 years experience in drug procurement and supply chain management
  • Familiar with regional procurement in healthcare industry
