This is a Telesales & role and is required to provide good customer service by handling outbound call activities relating to General Insurance of the job scope.

Job Details:

  • Salary ranges from $2800 to $4000 + Monthly Commission + Performance Bonus
  • Monthly Commission Payout Structure: The incentive's payout ranges from $1,000 - $6,000 subject to the monthly threshold. (Has the potential to earn more than $8,000 gross monthly subject to incentives tiers and performance.)
  • Mon to Fri / 9AM to 6PM
  • 1-Year Contract (Renewable/Convertible)
  • Location: Ubi / Expo

Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus of sales acquisition is to make outbound calls to existing customers through leads given to acquire new General Insurance.
  • Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to service customers.
  • Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.
  • To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level
  • No experience are welcome to apply
