Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive in charge in daily operational activities.
  • Manage customer day-to-day operational requirements and ensure all issues are followed through to closure.
  • Work with the Executive to optimise warehouse space utilisation and plan for future requirements.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure stock is stored safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying system vs physical locations, ensuring proper labelling, and performing regular cycle counts with the operations team.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports such as space utilisation, inventory aging, billing report, KPIs, and manpower status.
  • Uphold discipline and ensure the operations team complies with company and regulatory SOPs
