Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of IT strategic plans, governance frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives to align technology with business goals.
  • Manage IT vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with service-level and security requirements.
  • Assist in planning and implementing enterprise architecture roadmaps, system integration standards, and long-term technology upgrades to drive innovation and business value.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging technologies, digital solutions, and best practices that improve operational efficiency and support future business needs.
  • Provide end-user IT support—including hardware, software, networking, onboarding/offboarding, and remote assistance—while managing and tracking all IT assets.
  • Ensure cybersecurity policies, controls, and awareness programs are effectively implemented across the organization to safeguard systems and data.
  • Contribute to business process management activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, dashboard/report development, and performance monitoring.
  • Support digital project management, platform enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with business units to ensure smooth service delivery and successful system adoption.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science, or any relevant field of study
  • Entry level is welcome to apply
  • Experience in business process improvement and transformation will be an added advantage
