What you'll be doing?
  • Process financial transactions: Manage invoices, receipts, and payments to ensure smooth accounts payable and receivable operations.
  • Maintain financial records: Keep the general ledger up-to-date and assist in preparing accurate financial statements.
  • Reconcile accounts: Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Support financial reporting: Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure tax compliance: Assist with tax filings and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and deadlines.
  • Assist with audits: Provide financial data and reports to support internal and external audits.
  • Manage expenses: Review and process employee expense claims in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain data accuracy: Ensure all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders: Maintain relationships with vendors and clients, addressing inquiries related to financial transactions.
  • Optimize financial systems: Utilize accounting software to improve financial processes and increase efficiency.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Accounting knowledge: A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations is essential.
