Patient Service Associate ( Islandwide / Office Hour / Shift / up to $2500 )

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of registration of patients

  • Handle registration, admission and discharge of patients

  • Arrangement of appointments (register & cancellation & reminder)

  • Attentive to patients' enquiries and needs

  • Manage of phone calls

  • Handle of payment

Requirements:

  • Min GCE O Level

  • Good communication skills and customer service oriented

  • Passionate in healthcare industry as this is a patient-fronting role

  • Team player

  • Able to adapt to fast pace environment.
