My client is a Hospital located at Central area.

**Patient Service Associate (Department of Diagnostic Imaging)**

**Contract (2 years)**

Monday to Friday

Earliest shift : 8.30am to 6pm

Latest shift : 10.30am to 7pm

1 Saturday half day per month (8am to 12pm)

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering friendly and efficient customer service. You will play a key role in fostering a warm and welcoming environment for both internal and external customers, with the ultimate goal of ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the clinic is fully prepared and operational at the start of each day
- Register patients and manage appointment scheduling
- Handle billing processes and respond to patient enquiries professionally
- Contact patients to confirm appointments and ensure they are well-prepared
- Support the Clinic Service Manager with administrative tasks
- Carry out any additional duties as assigned when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Proficient in computer and administrative systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a good team player
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in a hospital setting and rotate across different clinics as needed
