Job Scope:

  • Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design, develop, and implement new processes or enhancements to optimize production operations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to assess proposed changes, new equipment, or technology investments.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts, to ensure consistent execution.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure process modifications meet product specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve process issues and deviations from quality targets.
  • Apply statistical methods and data analysis to monitor process performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within timeline and budget.
  • Provide technical support and deliver training to production staff to ensure proper understanding and adoption of new processes.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Train and guide production staff and junior engineers in process and quality standards.
  • Maintain and update all documentation related to process, quality, and systems in line with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO13485 requirements.
  • Verify accuracy of production process specifications and update control plans as needed.
