Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development Provide strategic leadership and guidance to regional multimedia teams, ensuring consistent delivery of world-class visualizations and multimedia content. Mentor, coach, and develop team members to elevate skills, creativity, and efficiency. Foster a collaborative, cohesive, and high-performing team culture across multiple offices.

  • Project & Workflow Management Oversee the end-to-end visualization pipeline regionally, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and design intent. Translate and interpret designers' and clients' concepts into compelling 3D perspectives, renderings, and animated walkthroughs that communicate vision effectively. Streamline processes and standardize workflows across teams to achieve consistent outputs and reduced project durations.

  • Innovation & Technology Adoption Drive innovation by researching, testing, and implementing emerging visualization technologies, rendering engines, and workflow optimization tools. Collaborate with IT and technical partners to establish robust infrastructure and roadmaps for regional multimedia operations. Ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry standards and trends.

  • Quality & Delivery Excellence Ensure that all multimedia outputs meet the highest standards of creativity, accuracy, and technical quality. Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining excellence. Oversee quality control checks and feedback processes across regional projects.

  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with senior leadership, designers, and project managers to ensure visualization outputs align with client expectations and project objectives. Engage directly with clients when required to present and explain visualization strategies and deliverables. Promote the value of visualization and multimedia storytelling as a critical component of the company's client offering.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, or related field.

  • 12+ years of experience in 3D visualization, multimedia design, or related creative industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Chaos Vantage, Photoshop, Premiere, and AutoCAD.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and multimedia productions.

  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across regions.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.

  • A creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling, innovation, and emerging technologies.
