We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist (B2B) to join our Inside Sales / Business Development team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience or interest in telesales, telemarketing, B2B sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.

You will be responsible for engaging potential business clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments that support revenue growth.

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Location: 1 Grange Rd, Level 7 Orchard Building, Singapore 239693
  • Compensation: Basic Salary + Incentives (gross salary up to $4,500)
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound telesales / telemarketing calls to B2B clients (database provided).
  • Introduce and explain OOm's digital marketing and online advertising solutions.
  • Conduct lead qualification by understanding business needs and decision-makers.
  • Set appointments for Business Development Managers / Sales Consultants.
  • Update and manage customer information using a CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting / lead generation targets.
  • Maintain professional and positive communication with prospects.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Comfortable with outbound calling, telesales, or telemarketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Resilient, positive attitude, and willing to handle objections.
  • Team player with good time management and accountability.

Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Background in digital marketing, media sales, advertising, or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
