Senior Associate, Expenditure

Location: Changi

Salary: Up to $4,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: 1+1 year with completion bonus

Working Hours: Mon–Thurs: 8:30am–6:00pm, Fri: 30 minutes shorter

Overview:

Join our Enterprise Performance (EP) Division as a Senior Associate, Expenditure, where you will support finance processes with a focus on Accounts Payable and related activities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned divisions, addressing queries promptly.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accrual preparation and variance analysis.
  • Handle daily tasks such as payment processing and validating employee claims in Concur.
  • Perform quarterly reconciliation of vendor statements against internal records.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing and extracting required documents.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new ERP systems and handle other ad-hoc finance activities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy or related field with at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and month-end closing.
  • Proficient in SAP, Concur, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written English skills to handle email correspondence effectively.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with ability to multi-task, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
