The Opportunity- Adecco is partnering with a leading US Tech MNC to hire for a Business Administration & Operations Manager.
- This role serves as the operational backbone of the regional and global sales team - driving business efficiency, supporting leadership effectiveness, and coordinating key initiatives across Asia, EMEA, and the US. It's an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting a high-impact global business.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in Project/Program Management, Business Operations, or Executive/Administrative Management.
- Proven experience supporting business operations in a global or regional capacity.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing complex meeting rhythms.
- Skilled in using AI tools and digital solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Business Operations: Drive operational readiness, ensure efficient management of business processes, and support integration across regional teams.
- Leadership Support: Coordinate global leadership meetings, manage schedules, and drive key operational deliverables.
- Rhythm of the Business (ROB): Plan and execute leadership meetings, all-hands sessions, and team communications to maintain operational predictability.
- Communications: Develop and manage team updates, newsletters, presentations, and internal announcements to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Budget Management: Support tracking of team budgets, purchase orders, and monthly financial reporting.
- Employee Experience: Coordinate morale, engagement, and recognition programs across the regional digital sales organization.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements, leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global and regional stakeholders to support initiatives and ensure alignment on priorities.
