IT Project Management Intern

Internship Period: 12 January 2026 – 31 July 2026

Job Description:


•    Create Data models and structured reporting for various PMO Team reporting.

•    Create Dash Boards, structured way of tracking mechanism for the project monitoring.

•    Support operational activities in PMO team.

•    Support in activities and initiatives in improving IT Project Governance management.

•    Support department and regional monthly reporting.

•    Coordinate and communicate with other members in departments and other regional offices for project status updates and other reports.

Job Requirements:


•    Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

•    Passion to learn IT Project Management

•    Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•    Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, MS Excel Macros

•    A proactive mindset towards collaboration, team oriented always open to feedback and iterative improvements.

This internship role is based in Singapore. It is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
