We are looking for Gas Supply Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position Overview: The Gas Supply Coordinator is responsible for coordinating gas supply activities to develop and execute supply plans, ensure seamless delivery to downstream customers and alignment with contractual obligations. This role serves as a key link between the Commercial, Operations, and Short-Term Portfolio Optimization teams, managing gas supply nominations, scheduling coordination, and reporting to support reliable and cost-effective gas delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Gas Supply Management

  • Develop supply plans to meet downstream gas demand position and manage LNG inventory
  • Coordinate daily and weekly gas supply plans, including nominations with upstream suppliers, SLNG terminal and pipeline operators
  • Support Commercial team in structuring long term and short term downstream deals and perform deal economics evaluation
  • Support Short-Term Portfolio Optimization and Long-Term Portfolio Origination teams to develop and manage long term and short-term gas supply positions
  • Serves as a point of contact with the Commercial teams to resolve scheduling or delivery issues

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Prepare internal reports on supply-demand variances, inventory positions, and contract utilisation for management review

Continuous Improvement Support

  • Identify process gaps in scheduling and reporting, proposing enhancements for operational efficiency
  • Participate in system improvement projects and SOPs updates to support commercial and operational alignment

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of gas supply chains and terminal/pipeline operations
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for deal structuring, optimization of supply and reporting and monitoring activities
  • Good communication skills for cross-functional and external coordination
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Minimally 3 years of experience in LNG/Gas operations, energy supply coordination
