Responsibilities:

- Assist in migrating from AutoCount to the Microsoft Dynamics BC ERP system.

- Handle the full spectrum of bookkeeping (AP, AR, GL).

- Perform sorting, data entry, and ensure accuracy of records.

- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of P&L reports.

- Assist in checking/preparing quarterly GST submissions.

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

- Maintain and update fixed asset registers.

- Support systematic filing and documentation processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.

- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCount, and Microsoft Dynamics BC.

- Independent, responsible, and positive working attitude.

- Able to start work immediately.

Contract : 6months to 10months
