Shift Timings
- 2am - 11am
- 3am - 12pm

What You'll Do
- Craft Signature Viennoiseries: Produce artisanal viennoiseries—from croissants to laminated pastries—with consistency and care.
- Master Lamination: Execute precise lamination techniques that uphold our iconic TBB quality.
- Deliver High-Volume Excellence: Support scaling production to meet both outlet and new business demands.
- Follow Standardised Recipes: Maintain uniformity in flavour, texture, and presentation across all batches
- Ensure Quality Control: Conduct visual and taste checks before products are dispatched.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Certificate in Patisserie, Baking or related field
- Experience with laminated dough or industrial pastry production is a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craft
- Fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome
What We Offer
- Up to $2,500 Completion Bonus (T&Cs apply)
