We are seeking for a Junior Accounts Executive for our Asia Pacific Headquarter located in Singapore, eager to work with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment. We need a highly collaborative team player who is not afraid of challenges and changes.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

Prepares, manages and updates data into accounting system. Assists Accounts Manager to support overall department goals and objectives.

• Manage Accounts Receivables data in accounting system.

• Reconciles monthly Turnover Report with Operation Department.

• Ensures proper recording of all receivables into accounting system.

• Verifies, tracks and matches all receipts from the sub-ledgers accurately.

• Updates data requires for any ad-hoc reports assigned by Manager.

• Tax Filing experience is an added advantage (GST, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax)

• Any other ad-hoc activity assigned by Accounts Manager.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Diploma/ITE or CAT graduates.

Minimum 1 year working experience.

Able to start work immediately.
