Responsibilities:

Responsible to assist the Merchandising Manager to ensure business objectives and merchandising support administrative functions . You are responsible to support the Merchandising team to ensure the right product, in the right place, time, quantity and price.

  • Vendor & Supplier Management – Build and maintain strong relationships, communicate regularly, schedule meetings, support negotiations, and manage supplier information, terms, and conditions.
  • Sales & Market Analysis – Generate and analyze sales reports, consumer trends, store performance, pricing, and profit margins to support decision-making.
  • Inventory & Stock Control – Monitor inventory levels, track ordering status, review aging/slow-moving items, and process damage-goods claims.
  • Pricing, Planogram & Promotions Support – Update retail pricing, ensure accuracy, manage planograms, update promotion lists, and coordinate changes with Operations/VM.
  • Administrative & Reporting Tasks – Prepare purchase orders, presentations, management reports, and perform additional assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Retail Management or any other relevant
  • Non-working experience welcome to apply
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret sales data using MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in merchandising or retail buying will be advantage but not mandatory as training will be provided.
