Job Description

We are seeking a Research Analyst to support our trading and research functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, providing insights to support business decision-making and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret market and economic data from various sources.
  • Prepare research reports, presentations, and materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain databases, dashboards, and analytical tools.
  • Monitor industry and market trends, providing timely updates to the team.
  • Work closely with traders, analysts, and management on research-related projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of research outputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with statistical/analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
