Your Key Deliveries:

• Complete tasks meticulously and efficiently
• Respond to emails, texts, and other correspondence promptly
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Maintain a cheerful disposition and strong organizational skills
• Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills
• Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate loyalty

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to a Private Wealth Consultant
• Work closely with our Virtual Assistant to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle all paper-based administrative work and calls, including claims, policy reinstatements, and general insurance matters
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide customer service support
• Coordinate with logistics partners or external vendors for purchases, deliveries, and service arrangements.
• Manage printing, scanning, mailing, and other physical document tasks
• Track business expenses and update the accounts spreadsheet
• Act as the receptionist during events (when needed)
• Oversee the cleanliness and functionality of the office
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal team members
• Carry out other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Your Background:

• ITE/Diploma in any field
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Administrative experience is preferred
• SG Citizen or SG Permanent Residence required
• Digitally savvy; familiarity with tools like Canva
