About the role
Join our growing team of experienced financial consultants at Meridian Global Advisory Pte Ltd as a Senior Financial Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored financial planning advice and solutions to our high-net-worth clients in the Singapore. With a strong focus on building long-term relationships, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique financial objectives and design comprehensive wealth management strategies to help them achieve their goals.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' financial situation, risk profile, and long-term objectives
- Develop and present customised financial plans covering investment, retirement, insurance, and tax planning strategies
- Manage and monitor client portfolios, make adjustments as needed, and provide ongoing financial advice and support
- Identify and introduce new products and services that align with clients' evolving needs
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients through excellent service and communication
- Collaborate with other Meridian Global Advisory teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in financial planning
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a financial consultant or advisor, preferably in the banking and financial services industry
- Proven track record of providing comprehensive financial planning solutions to high-net-worth clients
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex financial situations and develop tailored strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional client service
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as the M5, M9, M9a, HI are highly desirable
