HR Executive (Healthcare, Up to $4500, West)
Responsibilities
-
Manage end-to-end recruitment for nursing, allied health, and support roles.

Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and partnerships with schools or training institutes.

Conduct phone screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Handle job offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding paperwork.
-
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.
-
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions.
-
Organize and support recruitment events, such as job fairs, open houses, and walk-in interviews.
-
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
-
2–3 years' recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Strong communication and people skills.
