Job Description & Requirements

  1. Support in inspection with CMM, i-Vision.

  2. FA Inspection

  3. First piece set up inspection

  4. Routine inspection (in-coming, in-process, out-going)

  5. Fixture inspection (New fixture) to ensure acceptable usage.

  6. Inspection fixture

  7. Support in CAPA/Root Cause Analysis for both internal and external quality issue.

  8. Data collection

  9. Data analysis

  10. Root Cause identification

  11. Solution establishment

  12. Generate internal and supplier quality performance report.

  13. Monitoring of internal production quality issue

  14. Monitoring of sub-con/supplier quality issue

  15. Review, analyse and evaluate data on the above quality issue

  16. Lead MRB review and disposition.

  17. Perform review on the rejection, evaluate and disposition of rework, scrap or UAI

  18. Participate in supplier evaluation and qualification.

  19. General supplier management

  20. Supplier audit (new and existing supplier)

  21. Support in audit (internal and supplier).

  22. Perform auditor role during internal audit

  23. Auditing of major supplier with high quality issue

  24. Lead in internal calibration management.

  25. Keep track on the calibration due date and take initiative to recall for calibration

  26. Maintain internal IMTE to date

  27. Support on Documentation Control.

  28. Inspection report

  29. Material Certificate

  30. Treatment COC

  31. Internal inspection record

  32. Perform GDP

  33. Oversee quality activities and action plan.

  34. Arrangement of inspection priority

  35. Updating of inspection status

  36. Liaise with cross function on quality issue

  37. Problem solving through team work

  38. Support QM to lead the Quality Department.

  39. Perform as a lead of Quality Department

  40. Take over the HOD role in the absent of QM

Further scope will be added as per necessary prior to changes of needs with reference of current capabilities, knowledge, skill and performance.

  1. AS9100, ISO14001 capability.

  2. Understand all clauses of international standard.

  3. Execution of these international standard.
