Join a dynamic team of officers that helps the IPOS family understand and engage its stakeholders and customers in a timely and pro-active manner. The Partnership and Programme Department (PPD) does this though various platforms, programmes and activities for the innovation community

What you will be working on

Reporting to Deputy Director, PPD, your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Policy and Engagement Cluster's Programme Unit. The Unit provides administrative and logistical support for the entire cluster's activities, such as helping with key internal meetings and IPOS flagship events, i.e. IP Week @ SG.
Maintaining existing and identifying new strategic partnerships to build a vibrant innovation community. This may include planning and executing engagement activities, either directly or via partner associations and/or organisations.
Developing programmes for IPOS to create networks and drive the innovation community. This will typically entail working with other departments and external parties to deliver the programmes.
Contributing to other stakeholder engagement activities such as taking on ad hoc engagement initiatives as well as other duties related to the department and/or IPOS.

• Are adept at dealing and working with a group of diverse stakeholders;

• Enjoy working internally with others across the IPOS Family;

• Possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills;

• Like organising and running both internal and public-facing events;

• Are meticulous with an eye for detail and accuracy;

• Are familiar with government procurement policies and processes;

• Have an understanding of government policy-making processes and engagement work; and

• Have background/relevant experience in formulating and implementing policies and programmes.
