  • Monthly Salary: $4,000

  • Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored learning solutions for professionals in library and archival roles in collaboration with internal teams, subject matter experts, learning advocates, and trainers.

  • Design impactful visual aids and infographics to enhance learning.

  • Support the team in utilizing educational technology and generative AI tools for content development.

  • Lead the creation of learning materials and resources.

  • Manage instructional design projects for both digital and face-to-face learning environments.

  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with subject matter experts, learning advocates, trainers, and external collaborators, including vendors.

  • Support the planning and delivery of training sessions and events, which includes coordinating logistics, scheduling courses, and managing learner participation.

  • Track and assess the effectiveness of learning programs.

  • Analyze learning data to generate insights and recommend data-driven enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of a Diploma qualification.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating digital learning content and using generative AI Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
